It is integrated by eleven members from the University General Council. Eight belong to the university and three are external. The Board of Directors is responsible of designating the Campus’ Rectors, High School Director and Divisions’ Directors from among the candidates presented by the University Council from the respective Campus, the Academic Council from High school or Divisional Council, as appropriate.
