Mondays and Wednesdays from 21:00 to 22:30 hours, Auditorium “C”, Department of Architecture.
Founded in December 10, 1971, the “Rondalla Santa Fe” from our University has remained in the public’s taste thanks to the participation of young college students who, parallel to their academic activities, they have manifested musically, making use of this freedom of expression granted from our alma mater.
The formation of this college group happens precisely for the inauguration of the 1st “Festival Internacional Cervantino”, and have also played themes for Queen Elizabeth II from England and Prince Phillip from Edinburg, for Mario Moreno “Cantinflas”, Pedro Vargas, Rocío Dúrcal and other important people from the political and artistic media. Their work keeps flourishing, providing results and making a road of success, which the University of Guanajuato, the city and the state are proud of.
Technical requirements:
- Closed space, preferably theater
- Stage space: 10 x 10 m. Black or blue bottom.
- Illumination: ambient spotlights, spotlight for the solo
- Sound: 12ch mixer, amplifiers, 12 microphones, 1 wireless microphone for the solo, 4 monitors.
- Other: Make a previous sound test an hour and a half before the event to equalize the guitars, requintos and double bass and equilibrate three voice groups and solos, voice together, dressing rooms near the presentation place, water.
- Necessary transport to move costumes, props and members, besides the corresponding food.
Entry requirements:
- Knowledge of guitar and singing
- Have taste for romantic music
- Preferably be a college student
