To request your SEUG credential is necessary to:
- Have concluded all the mandatory credits of your educative program.
- If you already have your NUA, update your data in the following form, attach a scan of a child-sized photograph of you (front, formal dressing and white background)[Affiliation]
- If you graduated before 1995 and still don’t have your NUA (Unique Student Number) complete the following form and in the NUA field type 0000, attach a scan of a child-sized photograph of you (front, formal dressing and white background) [Afiliation]

SEUG credential request follow up:
- Once the previous requirements are sent through the online form:
- You will receive an e-mail with a notification with the status of your request or an alert on any missing requirement in one week maximum, time in which we will process your information.
- o When the credential is ready, you will be notified by e-mail, you must go to with the responsible of Graduate Follow Up in your academic entity to pick it up. SEUG Network SEUG Network

*Note: The request last approximately 15 working days from when your request is duly completed, when this period concludes you can pick up your credential with the SEUG Network where you graduated from.
